One of our oldest guildies (I know that all my earliest memories of Victorious Secret/The Enlightened involved him) has been going through a rough time lately. You may have heard him talk about it on Vent or in Guildchat, or possibly on facebook if you're cool with being friends with other nerds publicly.

I know that I've noticed he hasn't been around to make me feel okay about the offensive shit I say when I'm drunk. And I also know he hasn't been around to talk in great detail about philosophy when I'm trying to kill a boss (Even if it is a level 70 boss).

Long story short, from what I've heard Torrin is in the hospital right now getting delicious food and possibly being denied internet access. And I want to wish him well and hope he gets home soon.

(I also wasn't kidding about sending you flowers and pornography if you give me your room number and hospital info)

Tonight I raise my glass of wine from the box to Torrin!

P.S. If you don't want me to say this on the forums, just text me or PM me and I'll erase.... Or sticky it and change the font size and colour to large pink.

P.P.S Who else was there that night that he was really drunk and trying to out-sound-system his neighbour and kept coming back with updates of crazy speaker setups and then just.... stopped coming back.....

Thanks guys, sorry I haven't been giving much updates. It started probably sunday night where I had a fever and generally just felt like shit, was feeling fantastic beforehand. Even more so in fact because of the awesome chick I met and who has been living with me for a couple weeks now (we totally had sex). Anyway I stuck it out, we didn't really have any plans for VDay and neither of us felt like spending money to actually do anything so we stayed in and just did the free stuff.

Monday night, I was the temperature of a dying sun and had I been a responsible adult and kept a thermometer in the house, I probably would have rushed to the ER right then and there since it was likely around 104-106. bad.

I had a dr appointment already lined up for Tuesday morning, I went to it and was then demanded to go to ER.

Aside from the other issues I have, edema, liver of a 90yr old sailor, they also found a blood infection and pneumonia. I was feeling better a couple days ago but the improvement has slowed a bit and it's hard to acuratly give them a breakdown of what hurts because I am 330lbs of man-ass laying in a very uncomfortable bed.

Hopefully I will be release this monday, but tuesday is more likely.

I'm feel really dehydrated despite the amounts of fluid I am taking in and of the electrolyte (its what plants crave) levels.

Dude, just walk it off. You'll be fine after a few laps around the nurses station, but you have to make sure your ass is hanging out of the gown. That's the whole secret. Ass hangage. And yes, hangage is a real word. Haven't you ever heard the statement "OMG god, like, his hangage was legendary! I couldn't walk the next morning!"



On a serious note, GET BETTER! Soon! No one should ever, ever have to eat red meat in the hospital.
