Carcasonne is lovely. Did you know it's a French town, Pils?
I think that's in the game materials, that it's based on a French city.
Of course, I've never been to France so I would love to hear all about it.
The game is highly rated though as it is engaging and yet simple at it's core with the strategy being more in-depth than it seems at first blush. Addicitive too I hear.

good game I've not played it in some time but used too all the time... my board game circle became breeders and are in cleaning bottoms mode now (better them than me :P)
