OK. I'm all caught up on "Breaking Bad", "Son's of Anarchy" and "The Walking Dead"...Any suggestions? I'm loving the AMCTV originals.
I have an Amazon Prime account and can stream most of these for free.
Malcolm in the Middle is pretty funny but hey...it is what it is.
Side note: Long months ago I said Sci-Fi channel movies sucked and got a little heat about it. Let me clarify. They have put out some nice stuff (Tin Man, Children of Dune and such). What I was commenting on is the Mega Shark vs Super Lizard shit they seem to continue to broadcast. Even some of their actual sci-fi stuff will have no beef to it. It just drones on and ends, some action but no story or plot to speak of.
Back to the question. Any other good thought provoking stuff out there?

Spartacus: Blood and Sand & Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Those are good if you like violence and hooties. The first episode isn't very compelling...it has a "someone saw 300 and is having fun with their computer" feel, but it gets interesting fast. Fair warning: this show has a strong softcore porn element to it. Sadly, the actor who played Spartacus died of cancer recently.
Deadwood is good, don't miss that one.
Boardwalk Empire.
Carnivale is worth watching. However, the ending is disappointing. It's obvious the show was cancelled before the story was finished and the writers threw something together.

If you didn't catch Game of Thrones yet, it's a must. I think Season 1 is available again on HBO... Season 2 starts April 1st. CANNOT WAIT!!

I have not watched it, but my wife likes Being Human. Throwing out there, "with out my approval" just because you have said all the stuff that I watch.
Weeds is another one...

Spartacus: Vengeance is the new season, and is now staring Liam McIntyre and the new Spartacus.
Episode 5 is tonight!

Definitely Game of Thrones.
Also, I'm finishing up a run of the complete series of Burn Notice. All episodes up to current are streaming on netflix. I really think that show is well done- its hard to find a show or movie with military themes that doesn't make me cringe. Whoever is writing that show knows whats up. And it doesn't take itself seriously, which is a great combination. One more point: Bruce Campbell pretty much playing himself.

Weeds was good for the first three seasons but he REALLY tapered off of late.
For my money, Justified is an AWESOME show.

Ooooh! A guy in my high school graduating class had one of his songs featured on this week's episode. The song was "Rock n Roll Me", his band is Zach Williams and the Reformation. Definitely check them out if you're into Southern Rock.

i enjoyed Burn Notice a lot. i like the macguyver-esque building of spy stuff from household items (usually). and Bruce is great!
i enjoy watching Castle. they actually published at least the first novel of the Nikki Heat series under the name Richard Castle - i'm sure its just as cheesy as the show is. Nathan Fillion being schmoozy is great
