Is there a rep. vendor somewhere that I have overlooked?

The Bloodsail rep vendor is on Darkmoon Isle. That's the only one. Bloodsail pirates and Darkmoon Faire have an agreement. That's why you never see any booty bay goblins there anymore. The pirates discovered the island for the Faire vendors, under the condition of the termination of evil goblins. By attending Darkmoon Faire, you're supporting the anti-goblin cause.

Well I have remedied that issue. I killed the entire Darkmoon Faire and their pirate buddies.

All of the evil carnies have been replace with shapechanged Booty Bay Bruisers.
