I will be describing why FFXIV:ARR will fail worse then SW:TOR
1) Stupid acronyms Fast Fellatio Xenophobes In Vulvas: All Riding Rutabagas
2) Goldsellers everywhere, all the time. Squeenix is in cahoots with them.
3) Economy ruined due to goldbuyers.
4) Really stupid names
5) Really stupid consolers
6) Worse release since any game made by Funcom.
7) No AH
8) Forced dungeon PUGs to advance storylines (BIG PET PEEVE)
9) World MOBs don't drop loot
10) Expensive travel
more to come.

I guess I feel somewhat vindicated. I played about 3 hours of beta, which the servers were actually working at that time, and I was not impressed. Not horrible, but certainly not that good. Everyone else I know is gaga over it. Not understanding what the huge deal is.
