I do not know how many, if any, of you all have been watching the Shakespearean Tragedy playing itself out amongst my beloved Miami Dolphins.

I am greatly saddened to see that what most non-football fans think about football players is completely true.

Modern day missing links that are obscenely paid to go about bashing themselves into semi-vegetative states.

How the team reacted to a player with a perhaps pre-existing mental illness brought about and exacerbated through coercion and manipulation is a testament to how sad our society truly is.

"He needs to man-up" "Be a man" "He should punch him" (the fucking general manager said that).

A man walks away and does the right thing, rather than pulling out a pistol and blasting away...and he is excoriated by his own "team".

"Team"...what a fucking joke.

I needed to get that off my chest...and you folks are the only ones I really know that would understand what I am saying.

Because all my other buddies have already said "he needs to man up".

Ironic.

I have some good recent Fins stories for you, Pils. We really need to get this guild back up into a game so we can have FYF on Vent again.

My interest in LOTRO disintegrated during their Halloween event where I was running the haunted house over and over and over to get a horse.

I realized that it was the same dog with different fleas.

Then I understood the true damage that dailies do to a game.

In the effort to give people more content; dailies are a double edged sword.

They both keep you there and drive you away at the same time.

Which is very far out...and not far out at all.
