Seeing as how you seemed to have most the armory type crafts covered I took herbalism and alchemy, so if you need potions let me know.... I've not made any yet... but I've collected some plants....

With stats like that im afraid to put my info up! And damn you killi if your doing both weapons and armor. I thought we had something special

Well, when things get expensive, I'll only be crafting armor so stick to your weaponsmithing, hon.

I can now make Medium Armor Kits

They aren't easy to collect though...

Cost is 4 Medium Leather and 1 Coarse Thread

1 Medium Leather = 4 Light Leather

1 Light Leather = 3 Ruined Leather Scraps

So.... that's 48 Ruined Scraps each.... or 16 Light Leathers.


I stockpile leather from skinning until I'm too full at which point I just make what gets me the most points for the least leather cost.... if you catch me when I have leather... I'll make you a patch.

You can store it in the vaults also, if you're getting too full

Been looking for a way to abuse it, I think I figured out how!

I can make +24 Armor kits now.... they are level 20 req and very expensive to make... I'm crazy broke now.

I can also make level 30 requirement quivers and ammo bags... and they're 14 slot!!

I added about 6 recepies.... if you see something you need or want... put in an order.... don't know how long it'll take me to make but it'll give me something to shoot for.

Guilty as charged! =) It's just amazing how fast he's been able to do it over there. Wow hasn't even been out for a month, and he's almost mastered the system...although it helps a lot that you can only go forward in 2 skills, and Rod and Fox before were master crafters at almost everything. =)

Personally I think it's easier because the crafting system compliments the hunting aspect of the game.
In AC2 you basically had to choose whether to spend your day leveling or gather trait and crafting. In WoW you can do both at the same time much more efficiently.
Not too mention that the items you craft can then be sold to a vendor for significantly more cash then you spent on components.

All in alll, WoW has a much better system by far.

I'm actually really unfocused :P


I've spent a lot of time playing this game and a good portion of it I say to myself; "I should head to Ironforge to do *something*"

I get to Ironforge... completely forget what that something is... and spend an hour looking at the Auctions for recipes to buy.... only to notice later that I don't have any money left... And now I remembered there was something I needed to do on the other side of town.... etc... etc.

AC2 forums people kept talking about putting in timesinks to slow people down.... Well, there's your answer... Make a huge city with a million things to do... and no one will remember what they are when they get there.

Maybe I should have posted this in the drunk forum.

Anyway... I'm at my parents house in the suburbs for a couple days... I'll be on the site but not ingame... have a fantastic couple days everyone!
