If given the option to change servers, should we?

I still would really like to be on the same server as Order of Chaos from AC2.... I keep up with their site and would really like them to be on my friends list.

They're on Stormrage, right? I think it's a high pop server too. It would be nice to game with Fiona and the others again but moving from one high pop to another high pop probably wouldn't help us. Guess we'll see as the time draws closer to Blizzard offering the one time move.

If you guys do decided to make the move please let me know before hand so I can get my guild to move too

Even though we are on a high pop server, we don't really have the big problems some of the others do. It's not one of the "nasty 20" that always are crashing.

Doesn't really matter to me if we move or not, as long as it's to another normal server. No PvP for me.

Just remember that what is high pop now will be low pop when everyone leaves it... and vice versa.

Can we take our toons with us?

I don't know that there are SO many of us that will make the pop go from High to Low... and no we can't take our toons with us.

perhaps when I tire of my rogue, I would love to start a new char on another server, but right now, she's 46 and things are getting interesting. And I can't fathom doing the beginning quests right now.

Actually... they haven't said how yet... but they have said that they are working on a one time character transfer.


IF... they give us some time to see how the servers even out...

AND IF... we can move as a guild...

I would like to try to organize being with some other people from Thistledown...

But if these things aren't posible.... it is also not a big deal :)

Probably not so many of "The Enlightened"... but so many OTHERS. I frequently see a snippiness in General channels about people who joined Argent Dawn not because they wanted to RP, but because they figured nobody else would go to an RP server.... and some about people who didn't really understand what RP meant and would probably be better off elsewhere (Battle.NET fans, I guess).

if I could move my char, even just once, I'd say hell yeah. I hate the lag, and the que, and don't care about the RP.

Might be cool to have horde and ally on the same server? I know we would throughly enjoy kicking some pally ass. :) I think you can have both sides on non pvp servers, right?

Ooo... pvp server... now, that's an idea. Level up on a normal server then move to a pvp server when you hit the high levels? Hmmm...

Well you can only move ONCE... and technically, you wouldn't have to be on a PvP server, cause you can pvp on them all, as long as it's consensual or in the arena (like in STV).

I would LOVE to do that! We could all get together and whoop each other's ass. Feud and duel to the n'th degree.

I'm betting they won't allow normal/rp toons to move to pvp servers.

How is Kilrogg? Is it high pop? Does it have server issues?

It is one of the servers that has been having issues recently. Those couple nights that you saw me on were the worst, it's definately better now. They just did a hardware upgrade on it, and seems to be pretty stable for the most part. Orgrimmar is hellish (just like IF for you guys), but I don't think that will be fixed until they start putting auction houses in each of the 3 main cities. We're a medium - low pop server most of the time. And, we're also PST so if you're east coast and you play after work all the time, yer not always playing in the dark... that and it's pretty easy to get a team going late nite. ;)

Server is dominated by alliance right now... I think it's one of the 60% alliance servers with a couple guilds raiding horde territory constantly. There's a few jackasses, like all the other servers, and I think we get more on the horde side. Know nothing about how the other side fares.
