Lady Kireiatara and I are looking for guilds to volunteer to participate in the staffing of an Argent Dawn Carnival. The location will be Darnassus. The proceeds from this event will be split into the staff's guild coffers.

**We will be holding an organizational meeting to discuss details with volunteers Thursday, May 3rd, six o'clock in the evening ((est)) at the Blue Recluse, Mage Quarter, Stormwind. We hope to see you there, but if you cannot attend, I can keep you up-to-date via your public scrolls.**

We need volunteers to staff these activities:

-Kissing Booth(s)

-"Dunk Tank"

-Jousting Match

-Flower Booth

-Fortune Teller Booth

-Bachelor/Bachelorette Auction

-Costume Contest

-Storyteller

-Play performed in The Temple of the Moon

-Food and Drink Vendors

-Tradeskill Vendors

-Riddler

-Comedy Show

-Other performers of variety and choosing - songs, poetry


((The idea is similar to a medieval fair.)) For the next few weeks, I'll be asking for volunteers for these areas from various guilds, as will Kireiatara. Please let me know if you want to participate in one or more or run one of the booths/activities.

Also, if anyone can spare some inexpensive prizes, snowballs, leather balls, food/drink, etc. please let me know via letter ((ingame)).
