I've been playing SO much over the last month that I'm a little burned.  I'll be back this weekend but this week I'm trying out EVE -- I'm a sucker for the sci-fi genre.  If any of you have played EVE you know it's a pretty big learning curve which is what turned me off when it first came out.  The new tutorial is great and comes complete with a very sexy voiced companion.  Anyway,  I acquired a 14-day trial from here if any of you are interested in walking away from Azeroth for a couple of days.  I'll be back in WoW on Friday.

Great time to pick to go to EVE. The servers are shut off to get ready for the expansion heh.

Yeah.  Pretty exciting though.  The new tutorial being added with the expansion is suppose to be damn cool.

Public beta of DDO is also available right now. Played that today for a bit. I'm on the wayfinder server as Gawth.

EVE break is over. Final verdict: A lot of meh. I'll be back in WoW this evening.

I know most of you haven't played EQ, but if you did, or you happen to get an email to try their "Escaping Norrath" trial thing, don't bother.

I signed up for the RF Online beta, looks mildly interesting even thought I already know my verdict on it - Korean game, with that shitty click movement they love so dearly.

Right now I am downloading the swg trial, I wonder if it includes all the changes in the game I have heard of.
