After talking with some VSers, I've decided to go with mafia ranks.

I'll be adding these in-game soon:

The Don - ( 1 ) Head of the guild
Consigliere - ( 2 ) Our advisors and representatives to the other players and guilds on Eitrigg(recruiting, alliances) (guild/officer chat, can recruit, promote, change motd and notes)
Sotto Capo - ( 4 ) Those responsible for handling internal affairs and organizing events (instances, raids) (guild/officer chat, can recruit, promote, change motd and notes)
Caporegime - ( 8 ) Class leaders. Only one per class. (guild/officer chat, can recruit, promote, change motd and notes)
Sgarrista - Full fledged VS member in good standing with the guild (guild chat, can recruit, promote, change notes)
Picciotto - Full member who is either still new to the guild or in trouble with the bosses (guild chat)
Giovane D'Onore - Trial member (guild chat)

Who wants to be what? Only mains can hold the titles of caporegime and above, we'll actually have work for those ranks to do. Everyone else will be sgarristas. We don't have the numbers to fill all the positions right now but if we get organized and find good people maybe we can soon enough. First positions I'd like to fill are Caporegimes and Consiglieres.

Sounds good on my end as long as the consigs want to actively pursue relationships with other players and recruit.

Glim and Fox both said last night that they did in fact want to. Initially, I'd like the capos to help with recruiting as well.

I'm gonna post my schedule.

Now until Feb13 - All weekdays playing

Feb 13 - until March 30 - very long rehearsal hours.... very limited playtime

March 30th until sometime in September - Weekdays except Wednesdays ... heavy playing again.

I'm totally up for the job... but that month or so during rehearsals I won't have much time at all and you'll notice me missing.

We'll play it by ear.

Yeah Im fine with my rank. I actually like getting groups together for the instances and such.
