Are we the only non-asshats on the server? Is there another guild out there who we could possibly befriend? I'm just not feeling the rest of the population on Eitrigg and 99% of the people I've met in-game or seen on the official boards seem like they belong on our idiot list.

I went on a PUG to UBRS the other day, almost everyone there was fun, nice, and more importantly, had a lick of sense.

Shirlen, the gnome mage of the group, is also able to form a complete sentence, and is on my friend list.

So they're out there! It may look dark through the haze of morons, but there is hope!

I don't know how big of a group they are but I have had some great experiences with "Pieces of Eight". Not sure what the heck the name is supposed to mean.

I actually just spent about 2 hours with a group of their members grinding Timbermaw faction. They invited me to join after they saw that it was hard for me to get any mobs while they were laying the area to waste.

We had good conversation and grinded a few thousand rep together before going our seperate ways. Aftewards, they gave me 300+ mageweave cloth from the excursion that I used to get 300 first aid.

Aside from that I've only had two individuals outside of VS that I've liked. I linked one of them to our recruitment info but I haven't seen him since...may have quit.

Oh, and Serea who gave me a free +30 spell enchant for my staff ROCKS! I love unselfish players.

"Pieces of Eight" refer to money. Bits were 1/8th of a Peso. They would cut it into 8 pieces to literally make change. Also (according to the web because I'm a bad Styx fan) was the name of Styx's eighth album.

But I've really not found anything to contribute to this topic as you guys are the first people I've found to group with! Would never have made it to 44 if I didn't have Aditu to group with.
