I put this in the locked section because I don't want random interweb people knowing, but:
I will be out of town on business April 23-28, so I won't be able to attend next week's raids. I just wanted the Don and the other wranglers to know in advance!

Thanks, Ing. Have fun! If business put you in the northeast, you have to let us know. ;)
Yes. We'll all meet at Val's place. I'm sure he wouldn't mind. ;)

Since this came up in another thread - I will ALSO be out of town May 6-12, but not on business. :) That second time Linnaris will also be out of town, as we are having a Happy Fun Girl Road Trip To The Beach.
As we will be busy sacking out on the sand, we will not be on the Thursday-Friday raids then either. :)
I will TOTALLY let you know if I'll be in the NE. I'll be in Washington DC in September, but that's the closest for a while.

My office is in DC. I just happen to live 1500 miles away.
Our Guild get together was in DC last summer. Good times. ...very good times. We nearly got kicked out of Morton's. ;D
Yes that Mortons thing was pretty exciting, Lux telling her Michael Jackson jokes got a bit too loud.
Whatever

That's one hell of a commute!

Cool. I was just horribly afraid you were actually a co-worker of mine. We have a developer that lives in the Wisconsin area, but I'm not sure exactly where. And he was just in town a little while ago and had the "phat per diem" going for him. Would have been and entirely odd coincidence.

If you get the federal per diem, you are always living large.

I'll be there September 16-19th, so when it gets closer if any of y'all-types are available for lunch or something we'll hash it out.
Perhaps you have noticed I travel a lot. It is because I work for a hotel company. The one whose most visible stockholder is a total, total attention-starved skank.
Yep, that one.

my b-day is the 18th, right smack dab in the middle of your trip.
Maybe we'll do dinner in DC or something. Remind us closer to september :)
