I'm going to make a call for a backwards Vault request.

We have a lack of Thorium shells/arrows around. I know for the most part there are only 3(4?) people in the guild that can use them now (or soon, I need 3 levels), but that's going to be changing soon. We have some up and comming Hunters, and of course warriors and rogues who use non-thrown weapons for pulling would probably like to have access to these as well.

Thus the proposal (sorry, purposel):
I'd like to donate money and thorium to some of our engineers and start a stockpile of ammo (both shells and arrows) to go into a vault. This is the sort of thing that can be burned through pretty quickly so I'm thinking a large amount.

If anyone is interested in helping me out on this I'll go buy up all of the thorium on the AH (or as much as I can afford) to start us out.

I can make Thorium Shells - 2x Thorium Bar/Ore, 1x Dense Blasting Powder (2x Dense Stone). I can't make arrows of any sort.

The arrows are made by converting the shells at the inn in IF. But I figure we make the shells and distribute those and if the person wants arrows they can convert them (it's free).

To who ever is willing to make the shells. They are ridiculously expensive on the AH, when you can find them. Or the vault if they prefer.

besides thorium shells is there any other kind of ammo worth stocking?

I don't think you can convert the lower level shells into arrows, so that limits the users of it considerably (not to say that the <52 level gun users aren't worthwhile). Would probably be easier to just donate the mats for who ever needed them and have them spot made.

Just thoughts. (and bored at work today... really not feeling productive)

Really though, thanks for taking the inniative on this. Personally I don't care about my ammo since I really only have the bow for stats and the occasional shot on runners or whatever.

I think I will be working on my hunter soon though, for farming purposes.

If you want shells made, just mail them to me and I'll get them back to you asap. 2x thorium ore/bar + 2x dense stone = 1 stack of thorium shells. I have the CT mass mail thing, so I don't mind doing a stack of thorium/stone at a time.

If you want some from the vault, that isn't my department. Call the helpdesk...

Smoops can make the shells as well but can't mine thorium yet. I'd actually relish the chance to make some as I need the points for Engie but can't afford to buy a shitload of thorium, etc.
