RPGOutfitter seems to think you two have the ability to transmute essence of water to essence of air. Is there any truth to this rumour?


I need three Airs and saw that they were ridiculously overpriced on the AH but that they could be transmuted from the cheaper waters. I really don't know how its done though or if it costs you anything to do it other than the 24 hour reset timer.


So, what's up? Can you guys help me out?
