Finally spent the money and ground out the last 30 points.
So, I can now make most of your dragonscale needs...all but 2 to be precise.
If anyone happens to come across

I'd love to buy them off of you. (I know the boots are not gonna happen, so I'm not pressed about that at all.)

hrm... I thought it was more of a pain in the ass... just need honored with TB to get them... Oh, and to go into BRD. The BP is sold there also, but I was able to get one of those cheaply on the AH.
Oh, and then for the boots need to get 4 fiery and 3 lava cores... no big deal, next time we run MC we can get that right?

Nah, I just don't really care that much about the additional FR, so the boots aren't that big of a deal. If we were doing MC, well then I'd want them, but then I'd also have access to the cores. So, either way it works out. I don't really need/want them unless we were doing something that would allow me to get the mats anyway.
