ok ok, I've given in and have decided to give it a try. Not too bad ... definitely refreshing after 3+years playing Dark Ages. My thanks to Araota, for answering alot of my questions, and letting me tag along after him on occasion.
One thing I am noticing is there is a strong emphasis on doing the upper end dungeons as you all quest for the ultimate prizes ... but I am seeing a decided lack of guild activities with the lower/middle levels ... just my observation.

It's more a matter of sign-ups right now. Compared to most guilds, we actually do a lot of organized 30-50 content. But I've been having trouble getting folks signed up for those events. I'll start scheduling them again next week & see who shows.

Plus, now that it's summer, I've noticed a decline in attendance on runs, and just overall people being online. I'm sure that will change after summer.

I know I haven't been on as much, spending too much time basking in the sun before our horrible Alberta winters kick back in :) But normally there are a couple of mid level runs held a couple times a week. And usually there are enough of us around who are willing to help on a spur of the moment run. So don't be downhearted!!!!

Also, please note as always that ANYONE can set up a guild run. If you're a thirtysomething and you want to run a particular instance, you should ABSOLUTELY make a post for it. Gleja and Ripp do their valiant best to set these things up, but if it's a bad day for someone, they are allowed (nay, encouraged) to make a post asking about it their ownselves.
I will be doing this for my 40something alt for Scarlet Monastery soon, since I missed out on the last run there due to being out of towns. :)

Hey, Malai needs SM soon too. Someone should totally schedule that. Totally.

I was just going to set it up for Wednesday since I'm not so much into the Horde nights, would you be available then? (NO LAUGHING AT MY PRIESTING.)

Sounds great. I should be 38-39 by then. And I'd totally accept a high-level escort if we can't fill out a 5-man.

You may surely snigger. Preventing you would be fruitless anyway. Ok, going to set it up now. :)
You will also notice that we do schedule more lowbie-ish raids as opposed to oh....Dominicide...who never, ever do.

You know, there have been several things scheduled for my 35-43 level range but I've not been able to make it at all yet. I've been disappointed to be sure but it's not for a lack of wanting to be there or a lack of events offered.

I'd love to take Jenara thorough SM, just trying to find times with my stupid work schedule is rather tough.
We do have an enorumous amount of runs set-up through all the level ranges. With the advent of summer though there has been a sever decline in attendance on even the upper-end instances as well. Where we would normally be running with 3-4 full groups I'm having trouble fielding 2.
Things will get back to normal come the end of August as the summer dies down and the Expansion Pack hits.

I downgraded my signature to the two toon who serve as Guildmistress of my Daoc guild ... I have a total of 8 lvl 50's on that particular server.

I always consider 35 the beginning level for SM myself, just because you can have the kill quest by then.
