For those of you wondering why today's guild message says something about sending me your Gromsblood, this is why: 13510
YAY my first Flask recipe. Anyway, the ingredients are a bit steep: 30 Gromsblood, 10 Stonescale Oil ... and for the killer .... 1 Black Lotus (rare spawn). If anyone wants to send me any of this stuff, I will keep track of how much stuff is donated, and as I get enough, will make the flasks and send them off to the Alchemy Vault. Do not in any way feel obligated to go farm mats for this. I'm basically just letting everyone know that this recipe is now available to the guild.
p.s. I can make the Stonescale Oil from Stonescale Eels, for you non-alchemy fishing types out there...

Just a FYI, Black Lotus is soulbound when you pick it.

It *used* to be soulbound. A recent patch (1.9 maybe?) changed it so it is no longer soulbound.

Black Lotus goes on AH for about 9g I think. It hasn't been soul bound for awhile now.

Yeah...I agree. I've gotten one...ever...in over 20 months of playing WoW.

I have 5 in the vault, I believe. But I've never felt that we needed flasks on any of our runs. Maybe we can get some Titans made, though.

It might help with the 20-man's we've been doing, at least to help buff up the tanks. But also keep in mind - even with enough mats to make some, it requires a trip to the alchemy lab in Scholo to do...

Another reason that I haven't been itching to make them.
Anyway, we have 7 black lotus. You can make Titans, Kari can make Chromatic Resistance and Sinjen can make 3 or 4 flasks. I forget which.

Yeah, I tried hitting RPGO this morning to see who else has flask recipes, but the site wasn't responding at the time.
If there is enough interest among those who have the flask recipes, perhaps we can organize efforts, start gathering mats, and one day organize an Alchemy Lab run into Scholo.
