I know that there has been some comments made about "where the heck are the DS people?" so by way of possible explanation...

Ironmane and Katthea and their numerous alts have been on a family vacation to Legoland for about a week now while Jafn and his alts spent much of last week dealing with a big kitchen remodel and getting ready for a week long family cruise that he started on Sunday. Eyeshark also plays Final Fantasy so he might be doing that, TheHammer has been on a fair amount recently and Sinjen is doing the two job, girlfriend juggle thingy. I'm not sure about Mr Mootsey but I have seen him on-line a couple of times when I was on. As for myself, I am usually around sometime during the day with either Naomee my main or one of the other girls and... from time to time I do play a little with my Horde toons just to mix things up a bit.

Since all the Dragon Snacks came from a guild that was afflicted with a terrible case of lethargy, the DS'ers are not used to posting on websites when we will be gone but we will make sure that we do in the future ;). Now that we are involved with a nice, active guild I am sure that you will see more of the former DS'ers at the runs and forums.

Lego Land was a cool place - espeically the 7 "citites" they have in miniature - all made out of legos. About 5 million blocks (don't quote me) over about an acre of land, including Washington DC, San Francisco, NY, and several others - very cool since all we had when growing up was just the 4 different-colored blocks - not even a window! The rest of the park was fun too - about 1/3 the size of Disneyland ;-)

Did they have Boston?? I want to go!

No Boston, I'm afriad, and I was wrong - it has 20 MILLION blocks... (dang!) and that's just in this one part of the park.

No, they don't have the twin towers - instead they have a rendition of what the Freedom Tower is supposed to look like. It had an effect on everyone who looked at it and it made us all pause for a few moments before moving on.

heh. Thanks for posting Naomee. I definitely don't want you all to feel like you HAVE to play this game because we demand it of you!!! I think most of the comments were with regards to everyone just wanting to get to know you all and having some of you disappear made them just go "awwww... where'd they go? :( ". We're so excited to have you all with us!!
