Is anyone seeing World of Warcraft v1.12.0.5595 in their top little blue info bar, as opposed just to v.1.12.0? I feel like there is something odd about the patch I downloaded ...

Nope, that's right. The last PTR build was apparently 5995, so they just kept it.
