I know that there are several guild members, myself included, that have this quest and need to get Attuned to the Core (i.e. get a core fragment) in order to do MC at a later date. Would it be possible for someone in the guild with knowledge of what is needed and how to do the run successfully, consider setting up a raid for those of us who have the quest? While I'd prefer some weekend afternoon (say Saturday around 2 or 3PM server time) I understand that this can be run in an about an hour with the right group. If that's the case even some weekday evening might work as well.

My friend said that her guild got many of their members attuned with only one party. She said that when the group got to the core someone would get their Core Fragment and then drop from the party, then the party would invite another guild member, summon them to the core, they would get their core fragment, drop from the party... rinse and repeat. Of course each person invited had to have the quest to be able to get the fragment.

If anyone would like to take this on it would really be appreciated. Many thanks in advance. :)

BTW reader... If you are not familiar with the Attunement to the Core quest, here is a little information on the quest that I picked up somewhere along the way:

In order to gain access to this turbulent place of fire (Molten Core) you must first speak with Lothos Riftwaker who can be found right before Black Rock Depth. Through him you gain the quest "Attunement to the Core"; to complete this quest you must go through Black Rock Depths and find the entrance to Molten Core, retrieve a core fragment and return it to him. With this quest completed you can now enter Molten Core through the window beside him.

It's pretty straightforward. Near the end of BRD there's a bridge with a bunch of fire elementals on it and an instance portal at the other end. Kill the elementals, touch a rock outside the portal & you're done.

Actually, what I'd like to do is have an Attunement Party. Send a group to the bridge. Have a lock summon guildies one by one, and have a mage portal em out when they've gotten the quest item.

I've always wanted to do the attunement quest, mostly for the purpose of having fun summong in everyone who's online who can get the quest. We should arrange this some time. Every time I go to BRD, I always pick up the attunement quest, but have never completed it, so then I drop it afterwards.
However, as many times as I've been to BRD, the place still confuses me, so I would not be the best of guides...

During our BRD mania a month or so ago, there were several of us who did it, and we've visited the same place several times to smelt dark iron ore.

If I can find my way to the MC entrance, ANYONE can.

And I totally can! I volunteer to be the warlork summoning people to the Core!

I remember doing this quest with a troll 60 rogue thats on my account. My son took me threw it in the lava...some say rogues can solo it if you have the pots for it. But I had fun doing it. i sure learn to jump threw lava good... ;)
