Well, I was really looking forward to getting back into the game after my move to Alaska, but it seems I have other plans. After arriving at Fort Richardson, I was informed that my unit will be deploying to Iraq at the end of September. I know, you all are going to miss me :) I thought I should start this post so I could keep everyone informed of what was happening over there. I am hoping that I will be able to view this site while in Iraq, and your comments can help keep me motivated to fight the good fight. I will be leaving around the 28th of September. Well, the day of departure is fast approaching. I will be leaving October 2 for Kuwait, and then on to Iraq after a couple weeks of training. Enjoy the game while I'm gone!
