We've all seen them happening but no one (me) has come forward and actually made the official announcements. About a month back I totally reorganized our officer ranks to help with efficiency (I know, craziness) and find a way to give recognition to those that are constantly reaching out to those in need. So without further ado, here are the new officer ranks, their roles/responsibilities and those that hold the positions:
VS Officer Ranks
The Don :: Head of the family
The goto person for all guild issues and in the end responsible for everything.
- Killian
Consigliere :: The ones with their ears open and advisors to the Don on all internal and external affairs. They're responsible for building alliances, recruiting new members, taking care of our public relations as well as helping with internal personal issues. The most trusted and loved people in the guild (minus Torrin).
- Jakiera (Ripp Thorn), Gawth (Torrin), Rinader
Sotto Capo :: Responsible for organizing and running raids and battleground runs. All of these events will need to be posted on the site calendar and in the forums. The sotto capos take turns leading each raid/bg to insure that they each know every raid instance extremely well. That means being raid leader and vent speaker. All of the sotto capos have great knowledge of all the dungeons and work together to devise winning/fun tactics.

Caporegime :: The heart of the guild
The Caporegimes are the guild members that give selflessly to help others obtain whatever is needed. They take the time to get to know everyone and pay close attention to all guild activities. They also handle organizing any impromptu 5-man runs and special guild funtime events.
- Afkasec, Frenial, Ingomar, Linnaris, Palirio
Wise Guy :: Class know it alls
To be considered a Wise Guy, one must be a lvl 60 and know their class inside and out. They're expected to help everyone, especially those in their class, whenever it's needed and with whatever is needed. They should be keeping track of who in their class has what equipment and find ways to help them improve what they have (if the help is wanted). They're also responsible for representing their class on the forums and helping organize impromptu 5-man runs as needed by their guildies. There is only one wise guy per class allowed and if the wise guy does not hold another officer rank, they're given the VS title of caporegime. An in-game list of wise guys can be found by hitting the "Guild Information" button in the in-game Guild Window.
