I know it's come up several times in guild chat, so I figured I'd put it here as well. These are the mats you will need to get an 18-slot bag from one of our sexy and clever tailors.
72 pieces of Netherweave Cloth
8 Arcane Dust
2 Netherweb Spider Silk
1 Greater Planar Essence (or 3 Lesser Planar Essences)
So if you want 4 of these 18-slot bags, here's what you're looking at:
288 pieces of Netherweave Cloth
32 Arcane Dust
8 Netherweb Spider Silk
4 GPE (or 12 LPE)
As of right now, I believe only Arolaide can make these bags. I should be able to make them in a week or so.

Of course, there are also new profession bags. Here's what you're looking at, mats-wise. I don't believe any of our tailors can make any of these yet.
24-slot jewel bag:
108 pieces of Netherweave Cloth
12 Arcane Dust
4 Knothide Leather
28-slot enchanting bag:
108 pieces of Netherweave Cloth

6 primal mana (or 60 motes of mana)
6 primal fire (or 60 motes of fire)
4 GPE (or 12 LPE)

28-slot Soul bag
108 pieces of Netherweave Cloth
12 Arcane Dust
6 primal shadow (or 60 motes of shadow
6 primal fire (or 60 motes of fire)
4 Netherweb spider silk
And, finally, the 20-slot all-purpose bag.
144 pieces of Netherweave Cloth
16 Arcane Dust
8 Primal Life
8 Primal Water

The 20 slot bag requires Primal Mooncloth rigth? I am assuming that is what the 144 netherweaves are for. My question is this: Is the creation of Primal mooncloth on a timer, like the old mooncloth?

Yep. 4-day.
The enchanting bag uses Spellcloth and the soul bag uses Shadowcloth. I believe both of these are also on a 4-day cooldown.

Frenial can make the 18 slot bags too, and will be heading down the spellcloth route for the enchanting bag.

All uber cloth is on a four-day timer, yes.
Nice thing for mitigating the pain of 96-hour cooldown #1: you make cloth x2 in your specialization. So if you specialize in spellcloth, four hours, one bolt of imbued netherweave, one primal fire, and one primal mana provides you with two spellcloth.
Nice thing for mitigating the pain of 96-hour cooldown #2: crafting each cloth gives you a different one-hour buff. Mooncloth is +12 mana and health per 5 and shadowcloth is +25 stamina. I assume that spellcloth will be +spell damage, or maybe +int; I don't know yet because I need four more stupid motes of mana. Of course, making shadowcloth is a WHORE, because the Altar of Shadows is a total bitch to get to (especially if you've gone Aldor-faction).
My specialization is mooncloth, just because those bags take so much more; I don't expect to ever wear the armor. However, if you have the mats and the patience, you can make all three kinds of cloth and bags.

Thanks. I'd totally forgotten about the specialization thing.
When I was looking, I did not see a Spellcloth buff. Instead, it seems that you get attacked by a level 70 elemental when you make spellcloth. Bonus!

Also, if no-one is going the Shadowcloth spec, I may go that way.

Well, that certainly balances out how easy the pussy mages have it; you just have to be anywhere in Netherstorm to make it.
Hm. I guess I should hurry and raise my Consortium faction so they'll come to my rescue when I get attacked making spellcloth in Stormspire...

And did you notice that all the Shadowcloth armor is BoP? So I can't give it to you.

Yeah, but the bags aren't, and if you specialize you'll have enough cloth for her bag sooner than I will.

Of my bag slots, two of those are already 18-slotters (I have an Ony hide and a bottomless), then my backpack, and of course my quiver. My last slot is still 16 though so I'd definitely like an imbued netherweave or even the 20-slotter ... I'll have to see what I can do about mats.

Yes, Glej, I'm angling for your cloth rather than your armor, which is admittedly hawtz0rz and made me consider giving up engineering for a full thirty seconds.
I STILL THINK YOU'RE AWESOME, MOSTLY BECAUSE THE ALTAR OF SHADOWS IS MUCH COOLER THAN THE SISSY MOONWELL IN ZANGARMARSH.

Dude. Go take a trip to the Altar of Shadows to make shadowcloth and then tell me who's more badass.

Thankfully I'm Scryer. So getting to the altar will be easier.

I should be able to make the imbued netherweave bags shortly. Soon as I get time to play more.

I'll post the mats in the morning.
Is that a trainable pattern or did you have to go find it?
