Hi Everyone,

In an effort to bring VS back to the people (even more so than ever before), we're going to make some major structure changes. As a whole, VS runs great on its own. It, nor its members, need to be told what to do. Our only big problem is communication so our plan going forward is to simplify our structure and let the guild truly run itself.

There will no longer be any guild "officers" but there will be ranks to help us stay organized and here they are:

Guild Services - Handle any complaints regarding anything. Promote / Demote helpers and organizers
**This will be permormed by Jamisia, Sapphyre, Rinader, Lux and Myself**

Organizers - The people doing our scheduling and bitch work with regards to runs and whatnot.
**Jamisia, Sapphyre, Foxfyr and Valneron**

Helpers - Anyone who wants to label themselves as someone who is almost always willing to help.
Anyone who is interested in getting the "helper" label, just ask anyone in Guild Services and they'll make it happen for you.

And that's it. We're going to continue to encourage everyone to work out their own problems but if anyone needs a hand, just head to Guild Services and let them know what is going on.

None of the people assigned to roles here are set in stone. I've only posted what's been talked about so far and I wanted to let you all know what was going on -- especially since I annihilated the guild structure this morning and many of you are probably like, "wha?". So there ya go.

Today I went and gave everyone /o chat because I thought it'd be fun but I will most likely be taking it away since it's annoying to have people typing in /o and answering in /g. =)

In addition to the new formal ranks we're putting in, we're also going to give vaults their own rank so that they're easy to find and add some fun, honorary ranks that will change periodically so look for those to come.

ALSO! The other ranks, start coming up with some themes and we'll vote on them. Right now, I'm using the model industry but that's easily changed so post some ideas!
