Here is a ticket I got today. Totally ridiculous.

New Ticket: computer
trying to restart the computer
wont work
tried shutting it down, wouldnt work
ACT program will not open

My Response:

Please hold in the power button on the computer for 10 to 15 seconds and it will shut off. If that doesn't work you can pull the power cable from the back to turn it off.

Her response back:

I would prefer to just restart the computer
I don’t really want to shut it down
Any other options?



I wanted to say go kill yourself. That is your other option but of course I can't say that.
