How does a L19 get exalted with Shatari Skyguard?

He gets summoned to the zone and then either:

a) joins a raid that's killing Skettis dudes, getting him rep but no xp.
b) dies in a group & lies there while his friends kill Skettis dudes, getting him rep but no xp.
c) Stands away from his friends killing Skettis dudes. Far enough to not get xp, but close enough to get rep

I'm not sure which of those three methods would actually work, but those were the ideas being tossed out on wowinsider.com today.

He has to be summoned to Skettis, then he dies, then his ghost follows around his friends while they kill skettis dudes. option c wouldn't work, he'd get kicked in the face from ten miles away. it takes a while but a number of people in the twink community have been rumbling about undertaking the grind.

I wonder if that means that now that I just finally freed myself from demands to help level 19s in STV every Sunday, I will now be having tells from 19s every time I am in Skettis.

I've already started getting these tells.

I'm not very educated on this whole seedy underground twink culture -- what's up with the cloth shoulders?

I wasn't sure either... check out the comments.

Those are the only shoulders in the game with stamina on them that a level 19 twink can wear.

That is so crazy. My lvl 70s aren't even anywhere close to Exalted
