I need a ton of Primal Fires. I hate farming fire. But I love farming water. So can a transmuter do a Water -> Air followed by a Air -> Fire transmute? Is that legal? Does doing the first transmute trigger your 24-hour cooldown, preventing you from doing the 2nd transmute until the next day?

I don't know how this stuff works.

I can check to see if I have anmy of those, but from what I can see Transmutes have a 48 hour cooldown.

If transmuting's not possible, I wouldn't mind farming fires for you.

I don't mind farming fires, Glej-bot. Turns out the elementals are fearable. Kek.

As for transmutes, as far as I know and the Wowwiki tells me, there's no reason why you can't pull off the double-transmute, but the cooldown does come into effect, so it's actually quicker to go and kill fire-things. Or mine.

Yes, wowwiki is clearer about the shared cooldown. That's sensible, even if it does screw up my plan for world domination.

I can do the transmutes for you if you like, Gleja. Just let me know so I don't blow my cooldown on something frivolous. :)
