Ok so apparently my CC expired and the new one was sent to my old address and not my new address so I called up the bank and gave them my new address and now I have a new NEW address, so it will probably get lost again.

The issue is, the bill for vent is due on the 6th and I'm not sure when I will have my card in my little handy pands. I will email the dude that hosts the server and ask him if he will push the billing back a bit and cut me a little slack since I have been a client for what.. 3 years now?

The only other option is to pay via paypal, however I transferred all your very generous donations off of paypal and since I currently don't have a CC, no way to put it back up there! heh.

In the future, if we want to stop paying, I'm given a server at Rackspace that we could throw ventrilo on. I don't host any of my sites there because I'm limited to 10g of bandwidth per month. I'm not complaining because, hey, it's free. It might be perfect for a vent server though.

The problem with vent isn't the server, it's getting the LICENSE for the server.

The dude behind vent is kind of a prick like that.

Isn't Blizz planning on integrating voice chat in a future patch?

I've heard rumours about it. It would be nice if they do although I doubt it would be as configurable as a vent server.

There was one built into DDO and it was really really bad.

What did you think was bad about it? I thought it was a great feature and its something I missed coming into WoW from DDO.

Heh, that's a really old post and I'm Racker Serverless but no complaints here. I <3 Slicehost very much.

As for new monies, we could always use some. We pay around $30 a month for hosting and I'm looking to do a vbulletin upgrade soon which I believe will run us $60.
