Link doesn't work yet but theres a new +18 sta gem called "Falling Star" that is coming out in the next patch. Its cut from a raw Star of Elune. The design comes from the vendor in lower city and only requires revered rep. I'll be needing at least 4 and I HAS WANT BAD. I'll even reimburse you the cost of the design. PLEEEEEEEZ tell me you have the rep.

The last postings I saw of that gem had that it was unique equipped - you can only have one on your equipment at one time. (I don't know if that means you can't wear the equipment that has a second one on it, or if the second one just doesn't take effect....)
