I've been leveling my Jewelcrafter a little and I have the following available for your 40'ish and 50'ish alts. As I level, more "extra" items will be available and I will post them here.

gem studded band x3
simple opal ring x1
diamond focus ring x4

In order to make more, I could use thorium ore or any of the following:
aquamarine large opal azerothian diamond huge emerald blue sapphire

If you have a request for sub 300 JC items, let me know and I can probably help you out. Foxfyr has more patterns but I may have the mats on hand and will be glad to help.
