Because of this, we need to consider the number of alts we have in the guild. Our members are around 435 at the moment. If you have alts that you either A: Hardly EVER play and aren't sure if you're going to keep them or B: Just serves as your bank, we are asking you to consider taking them out of the guild (you could always change your mind later if you have renewed interest in playing with your character!).
Thanks!
Thanks!

Mine are out. :)
Feel free to kick any of my toons that aren't named Adelyse or Rhyxali.

Yea, read that other post earlier. I have two low alts, Druid and Shaman, in the guild that I will drop when I log on tonight.

For what it's worth, I still have my old guild, Grammatically Correct. If any of you would like your non-VS alts to be guilded so you don't get random invites from complete morons, let me know and I'll invite you. I don't mind using Grammatically Correct as a sort of alt stable for VS.
We are going to be kicking some old toons that have not played in a long time... DON'T BE ALARMED.

I deleted a couple of alts and took another couple out of the guild...
I'll probably put my bank alt in Stranger's guild.
I'll probably go back to playing the others when the new Patch comes out to help leveling go faster...

So here is what's going to happen:
We are going through the guild list and looking at the people who have either not played in a *very long time, people who have not only not played in forever but have a ton of alts sitting around, and people who seem to have a **lot of alts but only a few are ever touched. We will be sending out PMs asking if thier alts must be guilded (and if they must, fine)...and after a week, whoever we do not hear from gets the boot (not any of our active members, of course). We're trusting that our active people help us with this. You've been doing great so far.
Ever since our easy "Re-application to VS" was put up, it's been easier for people to re-join if they wish. The people who we know are just taking a very long break do not have to worry about finding themselves outside of the guild all of a sudden.

At this time, you can ask me, Agnes, or Beam to switch alts and invite you to Grammatically Correct. The only people who'll be in Grammatically Correct will be VS alts (all the active GC people moved over to VS), so feel free to use /guild over there just as you would /guild over here.

De-guild me and I'll eat your kittens. Or draw something really gross on your Facebook. Whichever.
You know I would never de-guild you, muffin. But please draw something awful on my facebook anyway. I think I deserve it. ;)
And what Stranger said.

What exactly bugs in the UI when the guild goes over 500, besides the fact that it says 500 when there are like 600 people in the guild
The member status is no longer accurate with over 500 members and not all of the members appear on the roster.
I would like to continue seeing all of our members on the roster.

My two friends don't play on this server much anymore. You can kick their alts if you want. The one guys main is annihilation and the other is jbeez. Not sure of their alts names but jbeez has at least 6 alts
I was going to ask you about that. Annihilation doesn't have any alts, just him. Jbeez has a lot. Do you know if they will be returning anytime soon?

Okay. Well, I sent JBeez a PM letting him know about the alt thing. I'll send the same to Annihilation. If I don't hear from them, I guess we can nudge them out. We're trying to not kick people who have actually played with us without any warning. Seems like a dick move. ;)

They sit across the cube wall from me and I just asked Jbeez. Please keep Ashlander which is one of jbeez alts. You can kick the rest of his alts. I will ask Annihilation later. He is away from his desk.
Okay thanks!

I will remove 4 alts tonight, leaving 3. If I ever feel like seriously playing any of them, I can rotate them in, yes?
I think the idea is... keep any alts in the guild that you actually play. If you have any that you are tired of playing, then take them out. And if any alts ever want back in, of course they will be admitted! We are not putting a limit on the number of alts people are allowed, we just want to clean up the roster a bit.
Exactly.
Where is the Clean-Up key?

Agnes, I've spoken to Berg. He gives you permission to kick all his alts out. Just leave Bergamo in the guild.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Alright! I will be happy to keep Bergamo. Thanks!
