Didn't know if any mages had caught this yet but a blue posted this on the WoW mage forum.

PPHHFFT. What, are the fire/arcane mages crying that they can't Also Have frost abilities? Whatever.
When do frost mages get a DoT? Oh, never? Okay.

they probably feel comfortable releasing iceblock to the general mage public since its fresh limitations will make it virtually impossible to cast more than once in a given pvp (and many pve) encounter
I just want a DoT, okay Fren?? GOD!
