But it's all I could afford after spoiling my daughter to no end.

And I now have a DS that my daughter thinks is hers...heh, silly her.

I am at my wife's friend's father's house, where they give absurdly expensive gifts to each other (but not to us lol). Right now there are two 8 Meg iphones and a wii sitting around having been unwrapped but sort of shunted aside as not interesting enough to bother with right now...very odd...

Merry Xmas to everyone. I'm just enjoying the calm before the storm... I think we have at least 12 family & friends coming for dinner.

I'll take that Wii if no one else wants it. My lovely daughter, who showed absolutely no interest in the Wii or Mario at all throughout the year decided last week that Santa had to bring her a Wii with two Mario games, and DDR Supernova 2 for her PS2. Well, Santa got DDR, and gifts for everyone else in the family, and by the time Santa found out about the Wii there was neither the money to buy one, or a single Wii to be found in the tri-state area other than the ones on E-bay going for crazy, crazy high prices.

Interesting side note...the child that refuses to believe that Santa has a computer, laptop, or cell phone insists that Santa can make a Wii a la McGuyver with just a few short days notice LoL Gotta love the magic of Christmas!

Well, the wii finally got opened and played with enthusiasm. Sorry, Aery!

DDR for the PS2 is probably more fun than most of the wii games anyway!

i got a nice fountain pen :) It's so much better than poopy dollar store ballpoints.
