I don't like to use very many addons because it seems I tend to lag a lot when I add them. I had atlas loot off after the last patch, turned it back on today, and seem to have more lag. Is that an issue for anyone else? Any other addons that are laggy? Any that are good? I just started looking at the loot addons and they are pretty neat for seeing items off the bosses. Again, I just don't want to use those that take up a lot of my memory. Any suggestions?

I've never used Atlas loot, so I can't comment on that particular one.
I use MobMap for all my mob/npc/item drops/quest/loot locating. I have no firm numbers on memory usage, but it seems to only load the backend database when called on. This does make it's responsiveness a bit sluggish, but keeps memory overhead down.

Anything that stores a lot of data, like AtlasLoot or LootLink or god forbid Auctioneer, is going to suck up memory nobody's business.

For what it's worth, I semi-recently dropped Atlas (for Cartographer) so I needed a loot DB of some sort. I picked up Ludwig (http://code.google.com/p/tullamods/). It's -very- lightweight as it doesn't store anything new. It just accesses the database of items already there.
While you're there, pick up Bagnon (my favorite Onebag) and OmniCC. And if you don't already have a bar mod, pick up Bongos.
