I thought I would share my UI, since Priest are my favorite class and i have been playing them now for almost 1/2 my life. I have tried several UI's and this is the best for me.
With being in VS i hope i have brought some good healing to the guild.

When running in Raids I always like being in the group with the Tanks, it makes it easier for me to Heal, Shield, debuff, keep my shackle targeted without changing to heal and missing the shackle breaking, ect. Without the Raid section of the UI working if i am not in the Tank group i set up my bottom bar as pictured.
I normally just focus on the health bars and click as needed.
I stay away from the grid type UI's because i like to see pictures :) and it saves time for me.

Unitbuttons is one of the coolest set ups i have played with. If the raid function work I would be at peace with the world. However this is the closest i can get.
Sad that this is the last version of this, the author has decided to help out with "Trinity" bars (which i have never used).
What can i say i like my simple to use and easy to set up.

If anyone has any shots of their UI for healing, i would love to see them. They never really show good screens of Ui set for healing.

Wow I am sleepy, hope this makes sense in the morning...wait it is morning

Wow, man. You're stronger than I am, that UI would drive me COMPLETELY INSANE. I can see how it would be useful for someone who's a click-caster, but ... wow. Just wow. XD Keybindings for the win!

yeah that is a bit much. Although I don't think it would be as bad with a respectable resolution.

I'll take a screenshot next time I'm in a raid. Like several others, I am using several mods that that highly configurable and allow cutting down on screen clutter while maintaining and I think highlighting the critical information. I find Grid to be by far the most useful of any addon I have used. I'm using almost entirely wowace addons, and have been mostly heppy with them. In particular, besides Grid, Bartender3, Bigwigs, Fubar, Baggins, and ClosetGnome have all proved indispensible. I'm using ag Unit Frames instead of Pitbull because if seems to do everything I need and from my understanding is a bit less complicated than Pitbull.

Here's what I've been using lately. I'm not a fan of the 25-person layout for Grid, so I need to tweak that. But everything else is pretty good.

I just switched to ag_uf when a patch to pitbull caused it to have issues. So far, I'm happy with ag_uf and don't intend to go back to pitbull. ag_uf is a lot easier to config and works quite well out of the box.

La la Aro loves showing off her UI la la la

My goals: a clean, open viewport so I can spend time actually watching more than just healthbars. The closeness of unitframes in Grid makes it easy for me to click-target (all frequently-used spells are keybound) and the wide port means I can see when some idiot has forgotten to get out of a poison cloud and I'll know they'll need heavier heals BEFORE their health drops to 10%.

The only changes from then to now is that Grid now shows pets in raid, which makes me very happy, and I've gotten rid of all of my keybound actionbars and moved Autobar above Grid (I change my UI OFTEN, it's like an illness).

I just want to add that, despite what you think about his UI, Ishtar is one incredible healer.

... I missed the part where anyone dissed Ishtar in any fashion about his heals.

I thought this was just a thread to discuss various heal-bot UIs and how they suit each individual style.

If I'm going to diss anyone, it's Viraj. For being, well, Viraj.

As long as people don't die, then you're doing awesome. What you see while you're doing awesome is up to you.

I, personally, would like to replace my UI with a feed of Dirty Jobs and Mythbusters episodes. Still working on that.

I want the guy who draws xkcd to design my ui. Because I bet it'd be awesome.

Viraj, I didn't even imply anyone was dissing Ishtar's healing, just his UI. It is a well-meaning compliment for one of my favorite healers.

I have a lot of fun tweaking my ui and trying new addons, I guess I just like customizing stuff on my computer (probably explains why I became a mac person ages ago, it just seemed easier to do on a mac than a windows machine). It's not for everyone. BUT, I also think it has improved my playing. So give it a shot and have fun with it!
